In the breathwork session I guide you to connect to the breath to let go of the every-day mind and drop into the body, where all your unprocessed emotions are stored. You will dive deep within and explore those aspects of you that are stuck or hidden within and that can cause of stress, tension, lack of clarity, toxic patterns, feeling that something is wrong, and finally release them.
During the session you will learn to trust your intuition and let your body guide you through the processing of these emotions and blocks. The content of the session will vary depending on what it is that you need to process and experience at the time. For this reason sessions are tailor made to your needs.
The results at the end of the session will also vary depending on your personal process. These may include feeling calmer, relieved, gaining more clarity, feeling lighter, a better mind-body alignment, feeling more spiritually opened or connected to source. You may have breakthroughs regarding processing your past or what to do next, and you will definitely gain a stronger trust in yourself based in your ability to give yourself the permission to feel freely and without judgment.
These sessions are available 1:1 and to small groups of 2 or 3 people. Both in person and online.
